This form is due by April 1st, 2026. Once again this year, due to routes running longer than necessary and to benefit the students that ride the bus daily, we will be enforcing the rule that if the bus is not used by a student for 5 consecutive days or more, it will be assumed that busing is no long needed for that student and the stop will be removed from the route unless the Transportation Department is notified in advanced at 845-457-2400 x18115.

New York State requires this proof of residency in order to enable Valley Central to support your student.
