The information submitted is required for our school to request textbooks and services from your home school district. All forms must be returned directly to your school district by April 1.

In recognition of the installation of the Most Rev. Ronald Hicks, February 6th will be a full day of instruction. The teacher professional development day has been reschedule for March, 6th and school will be closed that day.
